My beautiful Byron,

When I write next week it will  be boxing day. (19 +7 = 26). Another year almost gone. In February it will be four full years that we have not been allowed to speak or see each other and you have had two visist each year to California to spend you holidays with me cancelled by the three family law members, Adler, Amlot and O’Leary, the switch judge who likes to party.

This picture is from your first Xmas. With your family in your home. Playing your guitar. That was 2009. You couldn’t walk yet, but you sure wanted to play the guitar. And Wallace kept an you on you all the time. Everything in that happy picture is gone now, including most of my hair. But, remember we have new memories to look forward to making.

Although we had 3 more Christmases together after 2009, that was it.
Adler, Amlot and O’Leary made sure with their judgment that meant – no more daddy for Byron. Not yet anyhow. Eventually, you will be able to decide how clever they really were. And then we can spend time together.
