Press release: Celtic Inspiration. 2007.

After our first meditation music collaboration “Angels and Unicorns’, I spent much of 2007 with Hugh Burns  developing the second album in the genre of healing meditation music.

We focused on the Celtic traditions. In particular, the tale of Turlogh O’Carolan, the blind Irish harpist who traveled Ireland, articulating the musical zeitgeist of the people and the times into a unique association of notes that define the qualities of Celtic Music.

Two singers appear on the album. Zoe Zak,15, appears on two tracks. Alan Tarney contributed a quite fabulous layered vocal to the track BREATHE

I really enjoyed the year spent making this album with Hugh in my Riverbank studio. My fifth in the ‘consciousness raising’ meditation music’ genre.
